Forma does not ask for your name, email or any account. Your saved plans, workout history, language, coach and theme choices are kept in your browser's local storage on this device only. They are never uploaded.

How to delete your data

Open My workouts and press Clear history, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Server logs

Like any website, our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, page requested, time) to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell or share them.
